Water Fitness – Love It!

I teach Water Fitness, yesterday I taught my first private lesson.  My attitude about exercise has evolved over the years, I think a workout in the water is the best for total body and mind strengthening.

I find people start taking water classes for many reasons, injuries, pre / post surgery, to improve health… you name it.  Elisia’s  reason was to eventually learn how to swim and conquer her fear of the water.   

As I said before, the water is the best for total body and mind strengthening.
